We are happy to work with professional travel agents finding the right cruise (and tour) for their clients. We are experts at designing custom FIT’s for parties of two or two hundred. From Pharaonic themed dinners in temples (or at the pyramids of Giza) to concerts by famous Egyptian musicians, from camping at an oasis to the luxury of the Four Seasons, from running the Luxor marathon to a round of PGA quality golf, we can do it. We have been entertaining and educating travelers to Egypt since 1985. Our USA reservations staff have all been to Egypt numerous times and in keeping with a continuing education format, all go at least once each year. We personally inspect all ships and hotels we recommend at least every six months. Our guides are licensed Egyptologists, most graduates of the American University (Cairo) and many with multiple degrees. Our small group programs are guaranteed to operate regardless
of the number of travelers with a maximum number of 16 on each program.

The Program: Day 01: (Tuesday) Depart New York’s JFK airport on Egyptair #986 at 6:30PM flying nonstop to Cairo. (meals on the flight) VISAS: All travelers to Egypt must have a visa. Citizens of most countries can obtain one on arrival. Please let us know what passport you are traveling with and we will confirm whether you can get your’s on arrival. Day 02:
(Wednesday) Arriving Cairo mid-day clear immigration and customs then our staff transfers you to the Pyramids Park Resort. Overnight Cairo
Day 03: (Thursday) International buffet breakfast, Check out, visit to the Giza Plateau where you will marvel at the Great Pyramid and Sphinx then the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities featuring King Tut’s treasures. Staff transfers you to the airport, assists with checking in and you fly to Aswan. Arriving staff transfers you to the Iberotel Nile Resort. O/N Aswan (B) Day 04:
(Friday) International buffet breakfast at the hotel, check out, Staff will transfer you to your Deluxe Five Star Nile Cruiser, the M/S Moondance. Embarkation before lunch. Lunch on board then visit the High Dam, the Temple
of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner on board. Overnight Aswan (B, L, D) Day 05: (Saturday) Breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple of Two Gods. Return to the ship for lunch. Sail to Edfu. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board. Overnight Edfu (B, L, D) Day 06:
(Sunday) Breakfast on board then visit the Temple
of Horus in Edfu. Return to the ship to sail to Luxor via the Esna lock. Lunch on board. Dinner on board. Overnight Luxor. (B, L, D) Day 07: (Monday) Breakfast on board, disembark then visit the West Bank of Luxor including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. On the East bank visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Staff transfers you to the airport, assists with checking in and you fly to Cairo. Staff transfers you to the Sonesta hotel. Overnight Cairo (B) Day 08: (Tuesday) Check out, staff transfers you to the airport, assists with exit formalities and checking in for your International departure. TOUR INCLUDES: OPERATES WITH NO MINIMUM AND A MAXIMUM OF 20 TRAVELERS. NOT included are: Items of a personal nature such as tips, entry visa, phone calls, laundry, drinks with meals, any items not specifically covered in the included items. The purpose of our fams is to introduce agents to our excellent service with the hope of them choosing us as their tour operator in Egypt, not to provide vacations to agents, who because of company restrictions cannot send us business.
