The ship offers 49 luxurious cabins with sliding glass doors opening to private balconies and four presidential suites with private lounge.  All accommodations feature their own private balcony.

All cabins feature private direct-dial telephone, hair dryer, mini-bar, individual climate control, safety deposit box and television and movie programs. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs.

A variety of special services and facilities are available on the Sonesta Moon Goddess, known as one of the best Nile cruise ships. These amenities include discothèque, a restaurant, room service, jogging track, gym, bars, nightly entertainment, guided excursions, pool and sun deck.
